Level 10 was also named one of theBest Places to Work for Hispanics. This is the second consecutive year the company has been named to both lists.
This statewide survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best places of employment in Illinois, benefiting the state's economy, workforce, and businesses.
The2022 Best Places to Work in Illinoislist is made up of 46 companies in the small employer category (15-99 U.S. employees), 19 companies in the medium employer category (100-499 U.S. employees), and 15 companies in the large employer category (500 or more U.S. employees). Level 10 has been named one of the Best Places to Work in Illinois in the medium category.
Companies from across the state entered the two-part process to determine the Best Places to Work in Illinois. The first part evaluated each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores from both parts determined the top companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process in Illinois, analyzed the data, and used their expertise to determine the final rankings.
“We are honored to be named one of the Best Places to Work in Illinois and one of the Best Places to Work for the LatinX community for the second year in a row” said John Pruban, President of Level 10. “As an employee-owned business, we take pride in prioritizing the needs and celebrating the diversity of our employee owners to provide an easy and enjoyable work life. We are thrilled to see the survey results of our employee owners continue to affirm our efforts.”
Level 10 was recognized and honored at the Best Places to Work in Illinois awards luncheon, coordinated by The Daily Herald Suburban Business on Wednesday, May 11. The final rankings were announced at the event, will be posted on the Daily Herald Suburban Business website (dailyherald.com/business), and published in a special commemorative section on June 26. An unranked list of all honorees was announced in the April 10 issue of the Daily Herald Suburban Business.
With increasing IT challenges, Level 10 recognizes that merchants need less partners to do more. By strategically bundling services – like hardware procurement, key injection, staging & integration, maintenance, field services and service desk – Level 10 acts as an extension of retailers’ IT teams through technology deployments, store openings/closings/remodels and instore support work.
