Designed specifically for Touch Dynamic customers, the Overnight Advance Replacement Program is an upgrade warranty service plan that provides Next Day On-Site and Next Day Customer Assist repair options. Both programs are designed to help companies minimize overall service expenses while maintaining a high level of support.

Next Day On-Site Service Plan (With On-Site Technician)
Level 10 will dispatch a technician to a Touch Dynamic’s customer location and ship spare components and/or whole units via Next Day advanced shipment (within the continental U.S.). Level 10 will also arrange for the return of the defective product, freight prepaid.
Services can be requested Monday thru Friday until 6 p.m. CST for NextDay repair (including Saturday). Issues reported to Level 10 on a Saturday prior to 11 a.m. CST, will result in service being scheduled for the next business day.
Next Day Customer Assist Service Plan (Without On-Site Technician)
Level 10 maintains an inventory of customer specific equipment and dispatches a unit prior to receiving back the defective unit. This service includes the Next Day advance shipment of spare components and/or whole units to Toshiba customer locations (within the continental U.S.). Level 10 will also arrange for the return of the defective product, freight prepaid.
Services can be requested Monday thru Friday until 6 p.m. CST for Next Day repair (including Saturday). Issues reported to Level 10 on a Saturday prior to 11 a.m. CST, will result in service being scheduled for the next business day.
