Level 10, LLC Named One of the 2023 Best Places to Work in Illinois

HOFFMAN ESTATES, Ill., June 20, 2023 – Level 10, LLC, a leading employee-owned retail IT service provider, was recently named one of the 2023 Best Places to Work in Illinois by The Daily Herald Suburban Business. Level 10 was also ranked first for Best Places to Work for Hispanics. This is the third consecutive year the company has been named to both lists.
This statewide survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best places of employment in Illinois, benefiting the state's economy, workforce, and businesses.
Companies from across the state entered the two-part process to determine the Best Places to Work in Illinois. The first part evaluated each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores from both parts determined the top companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process in Illinois, analyzed the data, and used their expertise to determine the final rankings.

Level 10 was recognized and honored at the Best Places to Work in Illinois awards luncheon, coordinated by The Daily Herald Media Group and sponsored by Shaker Recruitment Marketing and Signature Bank on Thursday, May 11. The final rankings were announced at the event, will be posted on the Daily Herald Suburban Business website (dailyherald.com/business), and published in a special commemorative section on June 25.
With increasing IT challenges, Level 10 recognizes that merchants need less partners to do more. By strategically bundling services – like hardware procurement, key injection, staging & integration, maintenance, field services and service desk – Level 10 acts as an extension of retailers’ IT teams through technology deployments, store openings/closings/remodels and instore support work.
